So there was some talk yesterday about some moms wanting to bake/cook with their excess breastmilk, and ice cream came up. Here’s the recipe. For the record, I’m going to make this (for Mo).
Put:
1/2 cup BM
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon sugar
In a plastic freezer safe bagPut another plastic baggie around that one
Put it inside a gallon bag and pour 4 cups crushed ice and 4 tablespoons salt in. Get all the air our and wrap in a towel then roll around on the counter for about 8 minutes.
And there you have it! Ice cream!
